This course is a distillation of the many practical lessons covered in Mary's first book 'Coming Home to You - A Handbook for Personal Transformation'. Over the next eight weeks, this online course will guide you through the exercises and techniques that can literally transform your life.

Mary McGuire

Mary grew up in Birmingham in an Irish Catholic family where Alcoholism, Anxiety and Autism created a chaotic childhood.

Despite leaving school with no qualifications, she found her niche working with people and carved out two successful careers. Her first career was in Social Care, becoming a Chief Executive of an Autism charity, before moving on to corporate work, becoming a transformation consultant for global companies where she is in constant demand around the world.

Her own life went through a dramatic turnaround after illness in 2008 took away much of what she took for granted in her life, including her health. Through a process of trial and error, she started to wake up to her spirituality, the nature of happiness and develop a rich inner life. This freed her from the internal and harmful thought cycles that had led to much of her own unhappiness and allowed her to regain a full and vibrant state of health.

Her first book Coming Home to You - A Handbook for Personal Transformation, proved very popular and in this course she shares the practical exercises and techniques that can help you make the same dramatic transformation in your life.

When does the course start and finish?
The course launches on Monday 8th January 2017 and is available for open enrollment at anytime after this date. Each week for eight weeks, we'll be sending out new content which will include a video tutorial, worksheets and practical exercises for you to complete.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? Once you have completed the 8 weeks, which will be sent each Monday, then you will have complete access to all lessons any time you need.
How much time will it take to complete the course?
The course is designed to be completed over 8 weeks. Each week is designed to be engaging, fun and easy to follow. You will need about an hour for each weekly lesson and about the same amount of time again during that week to complete your practical exercises. The time will fly and you should start to see some immediate results. Time well spent wouldn't you say?
